By creating an account on Learn Ausie IELTS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• AI-generated practice content is for educational use only and is not endorsed by the official IELTS exam.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4. Tutor Services

Tutors are independent contractors and not employees of Learn Ausie IELTS. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the quality or outcome of individual tutor sessions. Disputes between students and tutors should be resolved directly between the parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Practice tests and feedback are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies. AI band score estimates are approximations only — they should not be relied upon as official IELTS assessments. For official scores, sit a certified IELTS examination.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including UI design, branding, and curated materials, is owned by Learn Ausie IELTS. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
